We offer virtual class series designed to support you and your employees through a holistic approach that encompasses physical, mental, and nutritional wellness. By combining these three dimensions, the virtual classes create a comprehensive support system that encourages you and your employees to thrive in a variety of areas of your life. Interwoven Wellness crafts classes and content to fit seamlessly into your routine, bringing clarity and support to your wellness journey.
Physical Wellness
Our classes integrate movement and exercise routines that can be done from the comfort of your home or at a gym. Whether you consider yourself a beginner to physical fitness or an athlete, Interwoven Wellness can tailor movement and sequences to meet your needs. These mindful movement sessions can focus on enhancing your strength, breath, and flexibility.
Mental Wellness
We all have mental health, and while our needs may vary, it’s a topic that can be uncomfortable to discuss. Our accessible classes include mental and emotional health education, mindfulness practices, and stress management techniques. These sessions encourage self-awareness and build emotional intelligence and resiliency. You'll also find discussions within breakout rooms that foster community, normalization, and allow you to connect with others on their journeys.
Nutritional Wellness
Nutrition plays a crucial role in overall health. Our classes offer guidance on how and what to incorporate to encourage emotional resiliency and help us meet our physical health goals. We will also build self-awareness to how food makes us feel, both physically and mentally. This segment aims to empower you with knowledge that helps you nourish yourself effectively.
Hello!
I’m Devin Moore, founder of Interwoven Wellness. I’m a licensed clinical mental health therapist (LCSW) with a deep commitment to supporting others. My wellness journey began with movement — I became a yoga teacher more than 10 years ago after struggling with anxiety and experiencing the calm and resilience that yoga brought me, and I wanted to share that gift. To better serve my community, I earned a Bachelor’s in Community Health Education with a focus in nutrition from Northern Michigan University and later completed a Master’s in Clinical Social Work from Ferris State University. I strive to lead holistic educational classes grounded in trust, safety, and care.
